Yoga & Pilates
Hatha Yoga is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. The main focus of the course is to teach new students how to trust their bodies and themselves; to know themselves, to work as a whole with the body, the mind and the soul based in the Yoga philosophical culture. All classes are taught in English and Spanish and equipment is provided.

Our mat based Ftness Pilates class is a relaxed, up-to-date Pilates class combining functional fitness variations of the traditional Pilates movements. Featuring modern exercises and techniques, which focus on gently strengthening your back and stabilizing your core, this class offers plenty of benefits to your body, no matter your fitness background.
